Agile Transformation Lead/Efficiency Manager (Part-time)

Requirements: Minimum 5 years in agile transformation roles, with agile certifications preferred. Expertise in process optimization, strong communication and leadership abilities, skilled in problem-solving, and committed to fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Role: Conduct agile training, lead scrum ceremonies, drive process enhancements for greater efficiency, develop best practices, manage resource planning, and monitor team performance for ongoing improvement.

Digital Customer Experience Manager

Requirements: Proficient in UX/CX, user journey optimization, A/B testing, with proven impact on business growth. Requires analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Role: Develop strategies to improve the digital user journey, enhancing engagement and conversion. Utilize analytics to refine the customer experience, lead targeted testing, and manage a team focused on CX innovation.

Lead PHP Developer

Requirements: Expertise in full-stack development, leadership experience with senior developers, proficiency in PHP (Symfony, WordPress/WooCommerce), database design, Git, with skills in DevOps and e-commerce systems.

Role: Elevate our systems to the next level with a strategic refactoring of our codebase and the integration of innovative SaaS platforms, ensuring our technology stays on the cutting edge.

Symfony Developer

Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (WordPress, WooCommerce, Symfony), MySQL, and e-commerce systems.

Role: Symfony, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), MySQL, RESTful API development, object-oriented programming, Git, with GCP or cloud tech experience a plus.

Tech Lead

Requirements: Seasoned Tech-Lead with 5+ years in web development, team leadership experience, expertise in PHP (Symfony/WordPress), database design, version control, and e-commerce systems

Role: Drive innovative solutions and system enhancements focusing on SaaS integration and collaborative development in a flexible, remote environment.

Full Stack Developer

Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (WordPress, WooCommerce, Symfony), MySQL, and e-commerce systems.

Role: Responsible for building and maintaining robust web applications, as well as integrating them with other systems.
